Won Silver Medal in Adult Light-Feather division at the 2021 Gracie Bara 1st Compnet in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

December 2020
Six months of training at Gracie Barra Coral Springs. Going to class on a consistent basis. Learned the most important lesson from Coach Gustavo which was how to manage my breathing. Focused on slowing down my mind so it could control my body movements rather than my body movements controlling my mind.
Gracie Barra Coral Springs - 3rd Stripe
October 2020
Four months of training and continuing to go through the Gracie Barra curriculum. Started live training and also learning how defenseless I have been my entire life. Working on establishing base, breathing, and not dying.
Gracie Barra Coral Springs - 2nd Stripe
August 2020
Training for two months at Gracie Barra Coral Springs. Had not started live training yet as there is a three-stripe requirement and we were still following the safety protocols of the pandemic.
Gracie Barra Coral Springs - 1st Stripe
July 2020
Started training at Gracie Barra Coral Springs on June 2nd, 2020 under the leadership and guidance of Professor Guilherme Lyra. It was right after Florida lifted COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
